These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wander Browser (the "Software"), provided by Blade Media LTD ("Blade Media," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Wander Browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Software.
Blade Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wander Browser for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software.

Wander Browser may integrate search services, advertisements, websites, extensions, or other content provided by third parties. Blade Media does not own or control third-party services and is not responsible for:
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements with those providers.
Your use of Wander Browser is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and processed.
Blade Media may release updates, patches, security fixes, or new versions of Wander Browser at any time. Some updates may be installed automatically where permitted by applicable law. Failure to install important updates may affect the functionality or security of the Software.
The Software, including all software code, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Blade Media LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BLADE MEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLADE MEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, BLADE MEDIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blade Media LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
Blade Media may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Wander Browser shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall:
The parties waive any right to have disputes resolved by a jury or in a court of law except where applicable law requires otherwise or for the enforcement of an arbitration award.
Nothing in this section prevents Blade Media from seeking temporary or permanent injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class action, representative action, consolidated proceeding, or private attorney general action against Blade Media.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws governing the Software. You may not use or export the Software where prohibited by applicable law.
Blade Media may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication or as otherwise indicated. Continued use of Wander Browser after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blade Media regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements relating to its subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
